All you need

  • 100 g butter, at room temperature
  • 35 g white miso (any variety, though white miso works well for a milder flavor)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

1. Mix Ingredients

  1. In a small bowl, use a fork to cream the butter and miso together until fully combined.
  2. Add freshly ground black pepper & honey if desired and mix well.

2. Store or Serve

  • Immediate Use: Use the miso butter straight away as a spread or topping.
  • Storage: Roll the mixture into a log using plastic wrap, twist the ends to seal, and refrigerate or freeze for later use.
