All you need
100 g butter, at room temperature
35 g white miso (any variety, though white miso works well for a milder flavor)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional)
Honey (optional)

1. Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, use a fork to cream the butter and miso together until fully combined.
Add freshly ground black pepper & honey if desired and mix well.
2. Store or Serve
Immediate Use
: Use the miso butter straight away as a spread or topping.
Storage
: Roll the mixture into a log using plastic wrap, twist the ends to seal, and refrigerate or freeze for later use.
